Repair Requests

You shouldn't have to worry about your gear. It should help you tell your story instead of getting in the way. We build gear to last a lifetime, but in the rare case your Rhino Gear fails, we will fix or replace it at no cost to you when covered under warranty. Please see our article explaining our Warranty Guarantee for further information.


 

Request a repair service

Any warranty repair requests must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranty product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. Email your request for service to support@rhinocg.com. Once the item has been received at our warehouse we will repair or replace and ship back to you within 2-3 business days. For certain Arc II repairs, the repair timeline is 4-5 business days.

*Repair claims expire 45 days after being opened. If we have not received your gear in that time, the claim will be closed and a new claim will need to be opened if you decide to get the item in for repair at a later date.


 

Repair Pricing

Repair pricing depends on the diagnosis and your coverage under warranty. If the issue is covered under warranty there is no charge. Issues caused by accidental damages, abnormal use, or normal “wear & tear” are not covered under warranty. We work hard to keep all repair costs at a reasonable rate, please reach out to customer support for a repair quote. A return shipping fee will be added if your repair is not covered under warranty. All costs are in USD.


 

U.S. Customers

For items covered under warranty, Rhino Camera Gear is pleased to provide you with a postage-paid mailing label available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Prepaid labels are voided after 10 days if left unused, and shipping will become the customers responsibility. We are not able to provide free postage to PO BOX or APO/FPO address'.


 

International Customers

International customers can send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method. We are happy to refund shipping fee’s incurred for under-warranty items, via PayPal, within reasonable limits. No COD packages will be accepted. Once the item has shipped, international customers can submit a request to refund shipping costs by forwarding a copy of the shipping receipt, tracking information, and their PayPal email to support@rhinocg.com.
