Returns

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied within 90 days of the original purchase, customers can initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization which is required to process a return.

Note: Any issues caused by accidental damaged are not covered under warranty. Product must be in original condition or a restocking fee up to 20% will be added based on condition.  Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All fees are in USD. Shipping costs are not refundable.

U.S. Customers

For your convenience, Rhino Camera Gear is pleased to provide you with a prepaid mailing label available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns are not available to APO/FPO addresses.

International Customers

International customers can complete the Return Merchandise Authorization and then send the item(s) back to us at the address below using any trackable method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Any importing/customs fees incurred are not eligible for a refund. Click here for more information regarding importing/customs fees.
