Return Policy/Exchanges/Refunds

Returns

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 90 days of original purchase, customers can initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization which is required to process a return. We'll even pay the return shipping (US only). NOTE: Any issues caused by accidental damaged are not covered under warranty. Product must be in original condition or a restocking fee up to 20% will be added based on condition.  Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All fees are in USD.  

U.S. Customers

For your convenience, Rhino Camera Gear is pleased to provide you with a postage-paid mailing label available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns are not available to APO/FPO addresses.

 

International Customers

International customers can complete the Return Merchandise Authorization and then send the item(s) back to us at the address below using any trackable method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Any importing/customs fees incurred are not eligible for a refund. Click here for more information regarding importing/customs fees. 

Refunds

We are unable to process any kind of refund after 90 days.

Exchanges

EVO Rails - If you decide you'd like to change your rail type and/or rail length and are within 90 days of the purchase, you are more then welcome to swap them out.  

ROV slider - If you decide you'd like to change your slider length and/or ROV slider type (Mobile/Pro) and are within 90 days of the purchase, you are more then welcome to swap them out. 

Depending on the item(s) you are swapping for, customers may need to pay extra or receive a refund for the difference. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All fees are in USD.

Please note: Product must be in original condition or a restocking fee up to 20% will be added based on condition. 

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping the new item(s) to them.

EVO Rails and ROV slider are the only products eligible for exchange. All other items will be treated as a return.
