Arc Grinding/Will Not Rotate

Is your Arc unit paired, but won't turn and makes a grinding sound? This is rare but can happen if the internal gears get stuck.
A great way to troubleshoot this issue is by applying moderate pressure to the sides of Arc's mounting plate, alternating pressing on one side and then the other, to loosen the gears. See video below.
