Carriage Brake Broken

Carriage brake not working? Below are some symptoms and possible solutions.
Symptoms:
- Carriage brake will not tighten or loosen.
- Knob continues to spin with little resistance.
Possible Solutions:
- If you have access to a 5/64 hex wrench it is an easy swap to remove the two bolts that attach the brake assembly to the carriage. If this is an option you are comfortable with reach out to customer support to request a replacement brake assembly.
- If you don't have access to proper tools or don't feel comfortable, we can get the slider's carriage in for repair.
