Hard Reset Instructions

As of 2/1/24 Rhino ROV system is end of life and is no longer serviceable. Reach out to support for our heavily discounted upgrade options.

If you are experiencing any of the following, a hard reset may help.

  • Unit will not charge.
  • Red ring illuminating around the power button.
  • Unit is frozen and will not power down.
  • Firmware update stalls.
  • Carriage reaches the end of the slider and clicks repeatedly.

To perform a hard reset:

On the inner side of the Home (Power button side) end you will see two small recessed buttons. The one closest to the power button is the hard reset. You may need a paper clip or something similar to reset the unit.
