Carriage Runs Into End of Slider

As of 2/1/24 Rhino ROV system is end of life and is no longer serviceable. Reach out to support for our heavily discounted upgrade options.

If the ROV's carriage has reached the end of the slider and is making a loud clicking noise, here are some troubleshooting options:

Hard Reset
1. On the inner side of the Home (Power button side) end you will see two small recessed buttons. The one closest to the power button is the hard reset. You may need a paper clip or something similar to reset the unit.
Update firmware & Reconfigure the slider
