You shouldn't have to worry about your gear. It should help you tell your story instead of getting in the way. We build gear to last a lifetime, but in the rare case your Rhino Gear fails, we will fix or replace it at no cost to you when covered under warranty.
Request a repair service
Any warranty repair requests must be accompanied by the order invoice from the transaction through which the warranty product was purchased. Email your request for service along with a detailed description of the issue (pictures, videos, etc) to firstname.lastname@example.org and our support specialists will assist in troubleshooting and opening a repair claim if needed.
Once the item has been received at our warehouse, most repairs are completed in 3-4 business days. Once the repair is complete our repair technician will provide you with a detailed description of the repair.
Repair pricing depends on the diagnosis and the product's coverage under warranty. If the issue is covered under warranty there is no charge. Issues caused by accidental damage, abnormal use, or normal “wear & tear” are not covered under warranty. For more details on our warranty, see this article.
We try our best to keep all repair costs at a reasonable rate and only charge for parts, not labor. Please reach out to customer support for a repair quote. A return shipping fee will be added if your repair is not covered under warranty. All costs are in USD.
For items covered under warranty, Rhino Camera Gear is pleased to provide you with a prepaid mailing label available to both international and domestic customers. Prepaid labels are voided after 30 days if left unused, and shipping will become the customers responsibility. We are not able to provide free postage to PO BOX or APO/FPO address'.
For repairs not covered under warranty, all shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
