All in stock orders placed before 12PM PST Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the next business day.
This timeline does not apply to products listed as pre-order, back order or items with an extended processing time such as "Shipping in 1-2 weeks". These products will ship as soon as stock is available based on the shipping timeline given for that specific product. The estimated delivery dates provided at checkout will also be inaccurate for these products, as the estimated dates are based on "In Stock" shipping being available.
Shipping
We ship all over the world, excluding the following:
- South Africa
- Russia
If we don't offer shipping to your address, please check with our dealers to find out if they deliver to your area. We apologize for any inconvenience.
U.S. Shipping
Orders with a delivery address in the United States will ship by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The couriers available for your delivery address will be shown during the checkout process. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, deliveries using that shipping option can take 1-5 business days based on your delivery address. A UPS Ground delivery map can be used to view a narrowed down timeline for your location.
For US customers, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These are also listed on the shipment page when you enter your delivery address.
International Shipping
We ship most international orders with DHL Express. DHL Express can deliver anywhere in the world within 3-5 business days. Orders for small replacements parts typically ship by USPS, depending on the size of the replacement item and may have a longer shipping timeline depending on location. There are no expedited shipping options for international customers. Your customs processing time frame is not included in the shipping timeline estimate.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping depends on your location and the total weight of the items you purchase. For an accurate estimate you can add the items you are interested in to your cart, enter your delivery address and the website will calculate the shipping cost for you. You will not be charged anything until you complete the purchase.
